The hiring process was very straight forward. I was hired in the summer of 2015 after initially applying online through their website. This was the 3rd time I have applied for CFCU in the past 10 years. After receiving a call from the HR department to see if I was interested in coming in for an interview at the corporate office, I met with the district manager and was hired same-day. The interview was very laid back and enjoyable, and the interviewer was a fun and passionate person that gave me good vibes for the company.
