The interview process was pretty quick; within two or three weeks of applying. First was a phone interview, and then they had me come in for a one-on-one interview later that week. I was then scheduled for an interview with a panel of three. The questions are meant to both test your understanding of the field, but also for them to get a sense of your personality and work ethic. Knowing the field is good, but your personality also has to be a fit for the company.
