Interview
First step is a personality test that you can fill in online - takes about 20 min.
Second step was an intro interview with a more administrative person from the venture
After that you would get in contact with people from the organization directly I believe

Typical kind of introduction questions - who are you and what have you done. Didnt ask any questions about the results of the personality test yet.
Great, comfortable, difficult and giving experience overall and throughout the process. I had interviews with many people at the firms from analyst to C-level executives. The process included both case interviews and personal interviews.
