I applied online. I interviewed at Compassion International
Interview
I did not get the job, but the interview process was great. The recruiter really showed that he cared and gave me feedback as to why they chose another candidate over me, which was helpful to know.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Compassion International in Oct 2025
Interview
I applied online. The following day I received an email saying my application had been forwarded from the talent acquisition person to the hiring manager for review. The next day the hiring manager sent me and invitation to interview with HireVue, a one sided video interview. The platform gives you 3 questions to answer. You have 1 minute of prep time and then it begins video/audio recording and you have 3 minutes to answer the question. You can end the recording if you have finished answering before the time is up.
Project management is both an art and a science with art being the people and the science being the mechanics. Which one do you align more with, the art or the science, and how do you use that strength to help you manage projects?
HR screening on phone (including questions about my personal faith), hirevu video interview, manager interview covering skills and cultural fit questions, then a small panel interview with 3 potential colleagues plus the manager.
