First came the recruiter interview, then the hiring manager one and last a panel interview. During the panel interview I was asked to give a presentation. Good experience in all.

I was asked about my background, how I handle conflict and as of technical questions I was asked about PCR steps.
Brief and follows the typical interview structure. Hiring team, supervisor, technical members. The turn - around time for the position was fairly quick ~1-2 weeks. However, I did not really have a panel interview like other companies typically do
Typical technical skill review. They asked for prior experiences and goals at the company. It seems like one major trait they are looking for is whether or not you can speak Chinese
