Complete Staffing Solutions interview questions

The over the phone interview went well but towards the end she asked for my social security, my address, a copy of immunization, and dob which is weird for interview process. Unfortunately I gave it to her but had a bad feeling after. Also she said she would send me the job description except she never did. She was extremely sure I fit right in, 24 hours later she sent me a text which stated they closed the application and weren't hiring at the moment. Not sure if this is a legit company but of coarse I handed her my info because I found on indeed.
