2.5 hour interview. 20 yes or no questions to start interview basically asking if you’re able to do the job requirements (overtime, travel, read/write). Rest of interview is behavioral questions nothing to do with engineering.

Two part, roughly six hour long assessment consisting of general engineering questions (Ohms, Kirchhoff) and what felt like an IQ test. After a couple of weeks there's an interview, though this timeline may vary.

6 hours long test basics electrical physics, math, logic. If you don't pass first part, you can try again in a month. 1,5h long interview. Behavioral questions. If job offered must have a drive license. Overall veery long employment process.
