Interview
Two interview process: both interviews have standard behavioral questions but the first also has questions on what you know about the company while the second tests your technical knowledge. Nothing too detailed, just know what commodities they provide and how they make their money. As for technical, it depends on your background, as an engineer you may expect some engineering questions

Discuss a time you worked on a team; a time you made a mistake; what are your weakness/strengths; when were you a leader
Interview was 2 rounds. First Round was like a conversation where more behavioral questions were asked. Second Round involved around 10 technical questions regarding your college major (mine was mechanical engineering) and remainder was behavioral.

How do you approach communication with supervisor, teachers, &/or colleagues
Initial screening and then a behavioral/technical. Asked about your leadership experiences, safety scenarios and ethics. Technical questions can range and is dependent on your major but will be relevant to the utilities power side.

College recruitment day, second interview at 4 irving place then you take a personality test then you wait then they call you with a long message saying you are selected to work for con edison!
