It was an interview in person. The interview is straightforward they ask you a couple questions. Nothing too hard just answer them and be yourself. Got the offer and accepted the offer.

The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.
