Walking into the newest location (Sanborn, NY) I was immediately met with a positive and playful environment. They really do like to "play hard and work harder" Nerf darts on the floor, and people working and chatting. The women at the front went and advised the interviewer that I was there. The gentleman came out and immediately radiated positivity. Firm Handshake, something I personally always look for. I was walked to the back office where I was then interviewed by himself and two others. Interview went smoothly, and was easier than others that I have had. Common questions, resume discussion. Etc. Interview ended on a good note, and then I was walked out by the same gentleman. Seems like a great company to work for and there is a lot of room for growth and expansion. Legitimate company. **I just interviewed today, they advised that there would be a "cultural assessment" which was sent via email, and they did say that after that, they would want to bring some candidates back in for a second interview. Although I have not received an offer yet, I am hopeful.**
