Approximately 2 hours. Mostly behavioral question. Asked about previous experience with quantitative modeling in excel and statistical programs. Questions about familiarity with the energy industry and consulting overall. Everyone was super friendly.

Interview
The hiring process consisted of a phone screening with HR and two longer phone panel interviews with senior staff members ( I was out of the country). Definitely a little intimidating as they want to gauge your technical skills (Excel, R, etc) as well as your basic knowledge on the energy industry.
