Two emails and an in person interview and one followup phone interview. Basic questions. Interview was fairly standard. Lacked description of day to day activities when asked but did list some tasks. The email questions were more brutal than the interviews

First interview is by email, a phone call if you pass the email questions, then a final in-person interview. The questions can be a bit gruesome. One question was a red flag.

The interview was not that hard. They asked regular questions related to my experience, background and education. We had a small chat and they said they will make an offer via e-mail. I started to work next Monday.
