felt rushed. the interviewer was nice and seemed enthusiastic and interested about my experience but was moving at a very fast pace. I was also ghosted after. I understand it's a smaller company but I think they would benefit from some more interview training, just my opinion.

2 rounds of interviews, simple questions for entry level hires. Heavy focus on personal skills and who you are as a person as opposed to technical skillset. Very straightforward and quick.
Standard interview process of a few phone and in-person interviews and a project to be completed on your own time. People were friendly and genuinely wanted to get to know candidates.
