Very easy questions, will hire anyone with minimum experience. If you’ve changed the tire on your vehicle, you’re good enough for this company’s manager. Will ask you what you’re looking for on salary and make you an offer at 50 percent less than you’re asking for.

Very straight forward and easy. They are looking for trustworthy people and willing to train. There’s an integrity assessment before the actual interview. An explanation of what the company has to offer.
