Confluence Technologies interview questions

I applied for this position through the company's LinkedIn page. I then received a call for a technical interview and a company culture interview a week later. The interviews were unremarkable until the company mentioned the response time. At the company culture interview, the manager said I would receive the results in 1-2 weeks. However, I actually waited over a month (during which time I called HR twice: The first call, HR said I was very promising, with high marks (?), and that I would be hired, but in the most ambiguous way possible; the second call, made two weeks after the first, again inquired about my application, and this time I received the response: no offer). Not receiving the offer didn't disappoint me; what disappointed me was the company's communication with candidates. There was no feedback, no updates until I called to inquire about my situation. The interviews were quite professional until the candidate finished them, only to receive a vague information (through the first phone call) and a rejection notice (through the second phone call. P.S.: At the second phone call, they told me they would send an email to notify me, but guess what? No email at all!). That's all I want to say. Thank you for the opportunity.
