Had three interviews: a phone interview with HR, a phone interview with a writing manager, and in-person interviews with potential coworkers and the company president. Overall, a predictable experience, but I was asked to present my writing portfolio at the in- person interview, and was given no other direction on what was expected from the presentation. The company president made it clear that the key to success with the company was learning how he likes things done. Guess I didn't seem like a quick study, but I did get a nice thank you note from the writing manager prior to my rejection letter.
