The process was over 2 1/2 week period and was 5 interviews with like total of 8 people. The first were pretty normal and the last few were more strategic abs harder questions as you got to the senior level.

Very long, do not apply unless you have a job or savings. Had 8 interviews with multiple levels of management that was easy but took a long time. Very laid back for the most part.

Interview
Had a great interview with recruiter, HR, and the DM. They was ready to make job offer but I had to do one more interview with the RVP. He called me it was the worst interview ever! He did ask any questions about the job or the position. Sounded like he was washing dishes. Wasn't focused on me and my interview what so ever. I feel like that he already made up his mind before he even called me! It's sad that a company as big as Conn's allows one person that clearly doesn't care about people make a decision of something that he will never be in contact with!
