The interview process was well organised however everything seemed very rushed. Within two weeks I had three interviews and received my offer letter which I accepted. I was asked to travel in my first two weeks at being at the company however this wasn’t mentioned in the interview, I think that it should have been

Earlier this year I had an interview process with Connex One, and I must say it was extremely disappointing. I was headhunted by one of their recruiters via LinkedIn and went through two rounds of interviews. During the second interview, the director of project management told me that I would hear back within a week. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from them for nearly 2 months, which is extremely unprofessional. I reached out to the recruiter, but my emails were ignored. It was only when I cc'd the director of project management in the email thread that the recruiter finally responded. Her excuse was that I should have received a LinkedIn notification stating that my application was unsuccessful. However, I never even applied directly, she had recruited me via LinkedIn messaging and we kicked off the interview process via E-Mail. The whole experience was very frustrating and showed a lack of communication and organization on their part. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how disorganized their internal operations must be. I would not recommend Connex One as an employer based on my experience.
