Brief, more based on computer evaluations. First was a video interview and then I had an onsite interview/tour of one of their warehouses. I took the Wonderlic along with a couple of personality assessments.

multiple interviews (stage 1, 2, 3), questions about yourself, questions about experience, questions about company, descriptions of consolidated electrical distributors. 1st interview easy, second interview is several psychological tests. Then I didn't make it past the second interview so I am not sure if it gets more difficult or not.

Interview
This is a very long interview process. I was screened first by an outside company before I could get an interview with CED and then it is two three hour interviews with testing and two hour and a half interviews with management.
