I applied online. HR lady emailed me 2 days later. Had a brief preliminary interview with her and was succesful for next round of phone interviews. The "Director" I interviewed three days later seemed disinterested in the phone interview, like it was a chore to do it. I honestly wish once you are successful with the preliminary interview with HR, you should be invited to a personal 1 on 1 or group interview.

It’s STAR Format - wants very detailed answers - there are 2 interviews in total. The interview questions are based on their core contempancies. There are 6 interview questions in total regarding the core contempancies

Interview
Started with a 30 minute screening call with basic questions on experience, why you wanted the job, etc.
Progressed to one call with the hiring manager that was more specific around energy and specific experience with tools such as Excel. Next steps were another panel interview with other members of the team.
The final round was a case study on a company that was to be presented in person at their Baltimore office.

It was fairly easy. I filled out an application and they called me, It was just a single interview and that's about it. Interview was 3 min long, and it was a panel interview.
