Interview was good and positive. I had an initial phone interview and then two weeks later an in-person interview. They took 3 rounds and the manager round was little tough and overall it as good.

Interview
Started with a 30 minute screening call with basic questions on experience, why you wanted the job, etc.
Progressed to one call with the hiring manager that was more specific around energy and specific experience with tools such as Excel. Next steps were another panel interview with other members of the team.
The final round was a case study on a company that was to be presented in person at their Baltimore office.
