Phone screen and after a few weeks hiring manager and two coworker interview. The interview itself consisted of conversation/culture fit and if you use the star method should be fine.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Constellation Energy (Ontario, NY) in Jul 2014
Interview
1. Phone call from recruiter. I didn't even apply for this job, they wanted me.
2. Once recruiter was happy, time was scheduled (1 day later) for another phone interview with IT Manager, Network Administrator, and Wintel Administrator.
3. After that, got a call for an in-person interview (5 days after 2nd phone interview).
4. Got the job.
5. ???
6. Profit!
