First there was a phone interview that asked some basic phone interview questions and see if you were fit to come in for a one on one interview then there was a one on one interview which was about 35 minutes and was conducted by a recruiter. Then there was a week long background check then a drug test. there was also a full physical and a breathing test that was extremely thorough.
