Initial phase of the interview was a test, if you passed you would be invited for an interview. The test was 40 minutes and mostly situational ie; 'what would you do in a certain situation?' and also with an interactive excel portion. I passed and went to an interview where I was given several questions on a sheet of paper and a few minutes alone to go over them/ jot down notes and potential answers, I was then escorted into a room with three interviewers who took turns reading the questions out loud for me to answer. The interviewers were not allowed to interact or ask any other questions except the ones already given. The whole interview was awkward considering there was an allotted time of 50 minutes but only 6 questions with no interaction from the interviewers. It was like having a one sided conversation with myself.. very strange and not a good way to measure potential candidate's skills.
