The interview process was broken into two parts. This first step was taking a grammar and typing test. After this I shadowed an employee taking calls, while finishing out a questionnaire. I then sat with the HR Manager to go over some questions. The second interview was with a training manager. This was more in depth and went over some of my long term goals.
