Initial phone screening with recruiter to discuss general qualifications. This was followed by 2 video conference interviews with Continuum manager/Project Managers to learn more about the role, company and your qualifications. If you move past these interviews, you asked to go on-site and must prepare a 5-slide presentation (preferably in Google Slides format).
On site interview lasted roughly 4 hours, which consisted of 2 sets of interviews with 2 Continuum managers in each set. During the interview with the Regional Director, you are asked to present your 5-slide presentation on a) how to support an international team (all of the company's programmers are in India), and b) how to support an international client.
The on-site also included several tests related to the job: HTML, QA, and Logic. One test was related to email segmentation, which tested your ability to select the correct filter options from the information given.
You also need to know basic HTML for the role + interview test
The team is overall very nice, they seem to work very hard at what they do. Google is understandably a huge client, so as their vendor Continuum is constantly picking up new work. Also be aware that the hours may be inconsistent/varied since you have to constantly need to coordinate with team members in India - this means working later in the evening or early in the morning.
