You have to go through a technical round in which you have to tag the voc of customer like typing test by listening. Then there will be final manager round in that you have to show your communication skills and why are you good fit for the job.

It was good they took he assesment and then the first round by the HR and then they asked me to come in the evening for the final round with the operation manager so i went there in the evening and took participation in final round and i got selected
