Contrarian Thinking interviews for leaders all follow the same format which is really helpful to know up front. You will meet with the other division leaders and a few direct reports. You will be asked why you are the right person for the job, what you think the current gaps are at Contrarian Thinking, and you will be asked how you plan on attacking those from an outsider's perspective. It's always a hybrid technical/strategy/culture fit interview because of the start up nature of the company. It's extremely fast paced and fun and rapid fire questions from other leaders about your experience and how you can help.
