Convene Inbound Sales Representative interview questions

I had two phone interviews, first with a sales representative and the second with the sales manager. Both extremely nice and made it more of a conversation rather then an interview. The sales manager asked me to come see the office for an interview. I met with four different people on the team. Asked basic questions and once again made it a conversation not an interview. After the interview they did not follow up with me until 3 weeks after, telling me they went with a different candidate. Could have been more transparent.
