Interview on microsoft teams. Questions are mainly based on UN competency based interview (CBI) format with 3 people (the supervisor, the intern manager, and an intern in my team taking notes).

Interview
The interview lasted for about 20-30 minutes. The interviewer asked competency-based questions and they were pretty much relevant to the position. Overall, the interview went well despite the time zone difference.

Long hiring process. Took over a month from applying through Inspira to being contacted for an interview. After the interview, it took around 10 days for them to contact me again for acceptance. Interviewers were extremely kind.
