Converge International interview questions

Fairly easy interview with straightforward behavioral questions. The talent acquisitions team were very timely with the onboarding process and that they were very accommodating with any requirements needed during the interview process.

They asked me to complete a few psychometric tests and prepare a portfolio before the interview. The interview itself went okay, although one of the interviewers seemed very inattentive from the start. It's been over a month, and I haven't received any feedback or a rejection email. If a candidate is required to do so much work before the face-to-face interview, they should at least be informed of the outcome out of respect.
