Converge (NY) interview questions

Very informal, phone calls with various people in upper management. No technical questions at all about knowledge of the industry- they are just looking for people who are genuinely curious and passionate about digital media, marketing, advertising, etc. who have a good work ethic.

Pretty straight forward interview process. Candidates can either be interviewed in 2 phases or can be interviewed by hiring team all at once. interviewers are knowledgeable about the industry so be prepared.
