Convoy Operations interview questions

Simple phone interview process with recruiter. Seems to be pleasant company with decent benefits and forward-looking initiatives. It seems like they are looking to grow. Unsure of how competitive the Payless scale is

As a contractor, I skipped the initial phone screen and instead went straight to the homework. My manager told me if there were any issues with the homework, we would pass a phone screen to get the in-person interview, however the hiring team did not offer anyone from my team an interview. What I was told and what happened were two very different stories.
