Interview
Aplication on Conwy Website is long and not to user friendly, would recommend doing this in a seperate word doc as the site crashes often.
Interview included a test and then panel of 3 people and various questions. The whole process was around 1.5hrs
Lengthy and difficult. Points based scoring so you need to have pre-prepared answers and hope you can fit them to the questions. Often excel tests. There is often many people applying for the post so its a competitive process. Formal and corporate.
