Interview
I came in and I ask the current hostess for the manager because I was there for an interview. I waited for so long until the manager finally came and got me. He was very chill and attentive. I felt extremely comfortable talking to him. I then spoke with the general manager and I barely even talked. He definitely wanted to hire me he basically explained what I would be doing as a hostess and other stuff. He went on and on about extra stuff including how the franchise was made.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Copeland's Restaurants (New Orleans, LA) in May 2018
Interview
Simple interview about service industry and customer service experience. Mine was an in person interview, and I was asked about my experience with Restaurant if I had any as a customer. I was then asked about my personal attributes and qualification. They got back to me within a week with an offer.
