      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Copia (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2022

      Interview

I was interviewed by Paige for this position last year. I have a feeling that she was new to conducting interviews at the time because she didn't take any time to talk about the company or to ask me any standard interview questions. It was very no-nonsense and I felt like I was being grilled for information rather than being interviewed. Several times throughout the interview, she would ask two long questions in one breath, which made it difficult to give a logical answer. I normally feel great after interviews, but I did not enjoy this one. That's not why I'm giving a negative rating though—the uncomfortable interview alone would receive a neutral rating from me as I understand conducting interviews takes practice. The reason I am leaving a negative review is because I was ghosted after the interview. I really don't understand companies that can't take 30 seconds to send out an email saying, "Sorry, we're going in a different direction." It's very unprofessional.
