I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Copperleaf (Sydney) in Sept 2021
Interview
Drawn out hiring process of 2+ months where hiring manager would follow up by text if I didn't respond the same day but also would go silent for weeks at a time.
They would also message out of hours and on weekends which seemed reason for concern on work life balance.
Process involved pre-screening call, phone interview, take home assessment, 2x video interviews with the local team, a video tutorial/case study interview and finally a presentation on a past project.
Process required over 20 hours of prep/interviews but never received and final feedback or closure about the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Copperleaf (Calgary, AB) in May 2022
Interview
After a brief phone interview with HR, I was provided with a request to complete a 2-3 hour case study exercise. During the telephone interview I was asked to summarize some of my more recent past experience and go into some detail about some of the positions I have held.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I did not feel spending 2-3 hours on a case study in this highly competitive job market to prove something that is already more than proven on my profile and experience was a quality use of my skills and time, or that of any other prospective employee.
