The process was relatively simple. There were maybe about 4 rounds, and they were transparent about this the whole time.
The actual interviews were very conversational. However, with no structure, the panel kicked it off to me immediately to ask them questions. Which, I had really run through already in previous rounds. The Head of People asked me the same questions over and over agian, emphasizing that this is a really hard job.. and I was like yeah, I get it. She also talked about herself, way too much. Emphasizing how wonderful her leadership is and that she's never recieved any negative feedback. The whole thing jsut gave a really weird vibe and I could not picture myself working with that group.
