Applied online, was contacted a few days later. After a brief phone interview, I was asked to come in for a 1on1 interview. I was highly impressed with my interviewers honesty about the demands of the job and the long hours. Not only was I impressed with the honesty, the explanation of the position I was applying for was thorough and forthcoming. There would be no surprises, and if I were someone who was intimidated by hard work, and long hours, I was given opportunity to say so, and not waste anymore of my time, or the company's time. With all that being said, I was definitely excited and looking forward to this challenge job. There are production incentives in place, as well as numerous advancement opportunities in the future. The wage was 4.00 an hour higher than any other entry-level job in this field. I left the interview hired, as a P/T Case Picker, with the promise of eventual F/T employment( which was official two weeks after my first day).
