The second round was a technical interview with the hiring manager, who was impressed with my background but suggested transitioning me to an intern role since I wouldn't be available full time until May 2026. After that, HR sent a follow-up email confirming my details had been forwarded to the intern hiring team — and then complete silence. No updates, no decision, nothing. I followed up with the HR contact multiple times and received no response. The lack of communication after a genuinely positive process was disappointing and left a poor impression overall.
