Coriell's internal recruiter initially contacted me through LinkedIn about the position.
The phone screen was with a manager.
The in person interview process consisting of the following over 3 hours:
Manager: company plans, position details, company culture on technology
Leader: individual skills questions based on resume
Skills test: Basic web development questions, made it to a question on iterators, answers may have affected interview outcome but unlikely
Group Interview: 3 peers, questions focused on internal use of applications, strong emphasis on state
HR: General HR questions
Wear a suit, bring copies of resume, the projects may not sound so but it is a corporate environment. The process included communication nearly every day and was very efficient.
