Very open ended and conversational. The interview was an all day back to back interview with multiple interviewers. Some of the questions were redundant but all had an organic flow. The interview experience was very pleasant and helped secure my decision to accept the offer.

The process was very long. The questions are basic and straight forward. The questions and people are very transparent. Very antiquated views and tools for progressive company. A lot of back and forth.
