This actually took place at a career fair where many different booths were set up. You would go up to the company and have a small conversation with a recruiter so it resembled a small or mock interview. Sometimes the conversations may be short or it might last longer if they see you as a potential candidate and they take notes while you are talking to them.

2nd interview: in person with hiring manager and his manager. talked about the job/department/company
3rd interview: HR manager, asked questions about my soft skills. What would you do if.... questions.
