It was a general recruitment process which includes cgpa shortlisting, online test, GD, PI.
All the levels are quite easy but if you are a girl , then damn, the company is not for you. The company shows its least interest in hiring a girl and it this disparity is shown right from the start of the recruitment process.

The interview was completely hr. They are least bothered about your technical skills.
consists of 2 rounds based on GD and then a technical round. the gd is very easy but the technical one is somewhat difficult.u cant get an idea on what topic he is asking

they didnt bother about ur projects and intership. they will just ask only about welding. if you try to explain your projects also ,they wont listen to you

An online written test is conducted after which they give you a presentation about the organisation. Those who clear the written test are called for a group discussion followed by personal interview
