There is no negotiation because our total compensation package has been thoroughly researched and proven to be fair. In addition, our process eliminates the salary compression issue typically faced by other employers. As a result, we never have long-time employees who are paid less than new comers. And with the routine benchmarking of our salaries, we are proven, time and again, to pay salaries close to the 75th percentile, which is above many in the industry and marketplace.
