4 rounds of interviews. First: Screener with HR, Second: Craft with the marketing head, Third: Culture Fit with a sitting producer, Final: Sign off from director of esports/hiring manager. Interviews occurred over 2 weeks and responses were very prompt. Each interviewer gave me space to be myself and have real conversations.
