I applied online via a co-worker referral. I then had an in-person interview with two different managers, a phone screen, and then a final Skype call interview with home office. I was abroad in Germany for the semester so they were very accommodating in letting me come in for an in-person interview quickly and allowing em to Skype for the final interview.

The interview process was explained well and flowed nicely. The questions asked about past work experience, which required you to describe specific situations. Be prepared to think about prior work experience and difficulties.
