Interview
There were a couple of introductory interviews, a take-home exercise and the final was a 6-hour virtual onsite marathon. The interviews were a mix of repetitive database design questions and generic non-technical questions.

A lot of object-oriented questions around data structure and database design. There was a take-home exercise that you were expected to complete (at least in my case) in one day.

One data model question and 5 SQL questions. The interviewer had an attitude and was behaving as if he had invented SQL. It was clearly some kind of discrimination or bias.
