Very easy and relaxed interview, other than that the process is pretty standard. They didn’t require a cover letter, just the resume

Interview
After you apply for the position you will interview with the general manager and the director of sales you will interview with each individually and then with both of them as the collaborative and this can be in person or it can be on a zoom conference call. After the interview process you will wait for them to submit a offer letter through email.

They will ask traditional questions that says your level of experience, if you're familiar with the hospitality, real life customer scenarios, and if you've been cross trained in other areas.
