Bad experience during interview and hiring manager was late. Not good leadership with also not so professional in communication. Worst experience and didn’t even listen to me. Recruiter was nice but the hiring managers in marketing are definitely a red flsg
Didn't ask any questions (e.g., "Why did you decide to apply for the role?" or "Tell us about a marketing initiative you're proud of"), except for the technical tools knowledge.
